紫藤成立於1987年, 以創新與創業精神結合有志者共赴文化创业之旅.

Purple Cane established in 1987, with innovative spirit integrated with ambitious and enterprising individuals, aiming at going through a cultural passage.

凭舞台

凭舞台成立于1994年， 创办人为吴友凭。成立宗旨在于推动表演艺术迈向专业化及提供舞台表演谘询与服务予大众。

使 命 ：(一)推动及发展剧运, 联系各资源并保持良好关系及(二)透过表演艺术, 让参与者互相学习、沟通以及自我成长。

Ping Stage Consult and Service (Pingstage) was established in 11th October 1994. The company focuses on various stage productions, providing professional services and the latest information and technology of stage production. It is also active in various extra-mural activities involving theatre education and production administration.

音乐通胜

2003年，周金亮创办音乐通胜 Musictoxin Productions，一个让大家在音乐创作、制作的过程中学习面对喜怒哀乐得失和成长的空间。

茶紫藤青少年茶文化活动基金 Youth Tea Culture Fund

推广青少年认识和学习品茶，常年举办《有时喝茶》马来西亚青少年茶艺生活营及各类普及茶艺活动。课程内容包括：茶艺基础制茶课、泡茶课、茶史课，形式结合理论、实习、游戏和比赛完成，希望通过有趣活泼的学习，带动青少年的茶艺生活。
